If your email address is in our database but you have not previously logged-in to this Disc system, Disc will send you a fresh copy of your Welcome Email.
If you do not receive a password reset or Welcome Email (be sure to check any Spam or Junk folders), it most likely means that the email address you entered is not in the Luton Safe database.
