To reset your password, or to request a fresh copy of your Welcome Email from HWBIDCo Safe & Secure, enter your email address in the field to the right and click the 'Submit' button.

If your email address is in our database and you have previously logged-in to this Disc system, Disc will send you a password reset email.

If your email address is in our database but you have not previously logged-in to this Disc system, Disc will send you a fresh copy of your Welcome Email.

If you do not receive a password reset or Welcome Email (be sure to check any Spam or Junk folders), it most likely means that the email address you entered is not in the HWBIDCo Safe & Secure database.
