To reset your password, or to request a fresh copy of your Welcome Email from ChiBAC, enter your email address in the field to the right and click the 'Submit' button.

If your email address is in our database and you have previously logged-in to this Disc system, Disc will send you a password reset email.

If your email address is in our database but you have not previously logged-in to this Disc system, Disc will send you a fresh copy of your Welcome Email.

If you do not receive a password reset or Welcome Email (be sure to check any Spam or Junk folders), it most likely means that the email address you entered is not in the ChiBAC database.
