Welcome to the Police & Security Community Network Disc system
The Police & Security (PaS) Group is a business-lead initiative designed to simplify and improve collaboration, communication, coordination, trust and feedback between the Police and the capabilities of Private Security operating in the UK&I. Launched in December 2014, in London it has now been expanded to operate nationally supported by its Sponsors, the National Police Chiefs Council; Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC)/ Association of Police & Crime Commissioners; the Security Industry Authority and the British Security Industry Association.
The PaS Group aims to develop Clarity; Trust and Innovation through three key workgroups:
- Standards, Training & Accreditations
- Information, Intelligence & Communications
- Effective Collaboration
All stakeholders from Policing; Private Security services; Customers and Organisations with initiatives operating in the Metropolitan area are welcome to join PaS as members.
The Police & Security Community Network (PaSCN) is the secure site to which individual representatives from all member organisations are subscribed, and is maintained to assist in keeping participants engaged and informed on progress of the Police & Security Group
